Another nice, easy, hike – 2.65 miles according to Kathy’s iPhone GPS (or something on her iPhone). Turkey Hill elevation is 771 feet, and the iPhone says we walked up 30 stories – 300 feet. Not sure what their definition of "heavy" is, but increases chance of death prior to age 60 by 40%. A pretty interesting 42 year study. Swedish researchers analyzed the records of more than 45,000 men beginning in 1969 and 1970.
