What a cool name. Trouble is, there are eight or nine recipes for this cocktail.
Here’s what looks to be a good take on it and using Cognac (we haven’t tried it yet). Farandaville version is below.
Farandaville version –
1 oz. vodka
3/4 oz Cointreau or any orange liqueur.
3/4 oz Creme do Cacao.
3/4 oz. heavy cream
1/4 oz Grenadine
Shaken with ice, and no need for a garnish. Flavor at the front reminds of a Terry’s Chocolate Orange – which is not a bad thing!
