Another ginger beer special, but with rum. At the end of the one minute video, there’s statement that Goslings has trademarked the drink name? We actually have Goslings rum (very good and relatively inexpensive) and make the drink exactly as shown above.

I posted the Monte Carlo last week and the Kentucky Colonel simply substitutes bourbon for rye whiskey.
